Hi Wendy, I too am scheduled for surgery on the 19th of January. This is my first time posting and am glad I found this site. I decided to share my surgery with only 2 people, my husband and a good friend. I just didn't feel like hearing everyone's opinions about how I should try dieting, exercise, etc. all the things I've tried and failed at throughout the years. I started my liquid diet on the 5th and boy am I having a hard time. I finally got sugar free jello and broth to help me through the day. The day is not so bad as I'm busy at work, but by 10:00 p.m. I want to pull my hair out for real food. So far, I've stuck to the plan, but it's not getting any easier.
