Wow you look great! I had my surgery on 06/04/09 and my weight was 331 and I have lost 28 lbs and can't wait to loose more!Can you please tell me what diet you follwed, I am strugling on what to eat. Lately I feel like i have something stuck i n my throat,but I can still eat and drink??? Well congradulations on your weight loss and I wish you luck on the next few pounds you loose!!!
