Hello Dragonfly!

You will be banded on the same day I was last year! I remember how excited I was, and now that I'm a year out I can look back and see that it wasn't as easy as I'd originally thought. I've learned the true meaning of the band is only a tool, yadda yadda yadda...

I am telling you though that it was worth it! I'm considered a slow loser as I've only lost over 40 Lbs. since, but that's okay too. I'm so much more healthy than I was before.
