sorry i havent been on here for quite some time cos i have been sick so i have just found your message. how is your band going now when you messaged me you had lost 10 kilos which is awesome. as i said earlier i was really sick with thyroid problems so the last while i have floated around the same weight ive lost just under 30 kilos but im feeling much better now and can do a little bit so hopefully that amount will start moving again as far as the band goes i have had no problems i just have to watch how fast i eat esp when eating bread and rice/pasta and chicken. have you experienced much problems with food?
