Hey Pretty Jenny, so good to hear from you and congrats on being down 20 pounds!! I also am down that much and it's amazing how just 20 pounds makes me feel different. I can hardly wait to see how we feel in one year.

I was walking every day after surgery but then my left knee swelled up. It didn't really hurt but it was uncomfortable, especially at night which caused me to not sleep well. I went to my doctor for blood tests which showed I had a lot of inflamation going on. I then went to an orthopedic doctor who congratulated me on getting the lap band. He said my knees will thank me. He then gave me some medication and told me to ease back into walking. It's only been a couple of days but I see the swelling going down. I walked with my granddaughter last night and I saw the scale go down a bit this morning. WooHoo!! So glad to be able to walk again.

Keep up the good work. I go for my first fill next week. I'll let you know how that goes.
