Thanks so much Changing for adding me as a friend. I can remember like yesterday waiting for a decision from my insurance company. I found out who was handling my paper work, and I started calling that dept personally to see what was going on with a decision being made. I was denied due to some of my information not being submitted from my doctor's office. I called their office(p1)
