The vitiam shop has Netar power protein mixes that is really good. They come in different favors as well. I have one that is Strawberry. I mix it with a little bit of strawberry cystral light and water. Yummy.

Everyone with my doctor doesn't have any pain in the shoulder if they do it is only for one day. My doctor does uses heating and humidifying the CO 2.

New Year Hottie's is alright with me too....I have been marking the calendar on everyone's dates. And about half the month is cover with us getting the band. That is wonderful.

I have tried the Adkins ready to drink. They are really good. I like the chocolate ones. Also the Neter Whey mixes are good too.

Hey I am also getting my band on the 8th of January. Are you from NC? For the shoulder pain I hear that is from gas. This will go away in a few days. Congrats! to everyone and let us bring in the new year right.

Wow! There is more out there for the month of January....I am markiing the calendar off day by day. I also cleaned out the fridge and the cabinets. I just hope I can get by the Holidays without gaining anymore weight. It is going to be very hard. Setting around waiting is the hardest thing for me to do.

January 8th here...It only taken me two months to get everything done and approved from insurance. I am now just sitting around and waiting for the 8th to come. Boy that is making me more scard than just getting it done. I hate to wait on things. Exercise - what kind and how long is the best way for to loss the weight? When should I be starting this. Any help would be very helpful.

I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I know the New Year is going to bring me something very special and that is a Brand New ME! The first thing is to open a second bosser and go to WWW.tickerfactory.com make your choice of the type of ticker you would like. Once you have done this copy the ccbb. Come back to this site and at the top left you will see usercp, click on this and this will take you to your properties, find the section called user signature. Paste this in the word pad and you should see it at the bottom. I had to play around a little until I got it to work. I hope this works for you. Any question feel free to ask. Thank you all for some ideas for when I get banded in January. I was looking for ideas on baby food and other mushies. I like to plan ahead for the weeks to come. Congrats on everyone success.

Hey Newlife4bev. I see you are going to Dr. Moran as well. The doctor asked me to be banded on the 3rd of Dec. but I was thanking about Christmas and with my family. So I am waiting for January 8th. Have you gone to any of the support groups yet? I went last month. But didn't go this month. I hope maybe next month I will attend but not sure as of yet. Are you on the south or north side of Raleigh?

I am going to banded on January 8th with Dr. Moran in Raleigh,NC. I am so happy to see others from NC as well. Willowglen I see you are from the same area as I am. How was your first few weeks? I am getting very nerous about the surgery but excided also. Please tell me more.

I have my approval and my surgery date is Jan. 8th. This is very nice way for all of us to start the New Year. Congrats! I am also worried but I hear this is normal.

I thought things were looking great for December 31th but got moved to January 8th. And this is final. Whoooohooo.

I got some bads news. I won't be getting band in November. It will be in January. My insurance is still working on my paperwork. Please pass me some of that magic band dust so things will go well for January.

I got bad news on Friday. I papers for the insurance was missed placed. So my surgery date got pushed back now. My doctor asked if I wented to have my date on Dec. 3rd but I thought this was going to be to close to Christmas so now my new date is Jan. 8th. I am keeping my fingers cross that this don't get pushed back anymore.
