Thanks guys---I really have tried to talk to her, as has DH. She is an old woman--used to getting her way!! After 80+ years of it, she likes it that way!!! She definitely acts differently with me when DH is around than when he isn't, so I think I will follow her lead, and just take it and toss it when I am alone, which is when she gets borderline hateful about me not fixing these things for Rick, because HE didn't get banded!!! But let him tell her if he wants them when he is around. Beannie, I thought about that, wondering if she did SIL that way, but it is more of an issue, that she is upset if I have successes that her DD doesn't. A very normal, and understandable role for a Mom to take, I am not faulting her---just wanting a better way to handle her! Her Mom--our Granny, was a feisty old gal as well, and she had a mean streak a mile wide!!! Slowly but surely my MIL is turning into her Mom!!! Granny was 98, and would get totally peeved over what she deemed injustices to her in the nursing home!!! Well now MY mom is here---gotta go!!! Kat Thanks for the advice!!

Hi everyone---happy 2007!!! Mandy--what a sweetie, I agree, his name is fine, just love him as he is!!! He has that "eager to please" look. Alexandra--no--I popped in one time by mistake, I was seeing if anything had ever been posted in New Mexico, and ended up clicking into New Jersey!!! Then I responded to a comment and have hung out ever since, and they let me!!! Cindy, Beannie, Jules,---so jealous of your fun today!! Although I am down with a tooth/jaw ache. so would have been a whiner!!! Can't wait to see the pics!! Eileen & Dianne--I am jealous of y'all too!!! You both look wonderful! I agree with all the comments about the amazing smiles! Anne--Party on girl!!!! WoooHooo!!! Sounds like you had a great time! Betty--Thanks for starting us up this month, I like the new title--it is good!!! We should have lots of Alex's wondering what is up with all the banding in NJ!!! Glad you had a good time at your party. We did, until DH had to go to work. He is in a BAD mood, he is firing one guy tomorrow, and writing 4 others up, for not responding to a call out, that he ended up handling, because all the on call crew was drinking! One was actually out in his company truck, he is the one who is a goner. So, I spent the evening alone, but he walked in about 3 minutes before midnight!!! So I got my kiss! Pat--wondering where you are!!! I wanted to tell you how much I loved the little note in my Christmas card!!! Come back!!! Chris--you didn't celebrate too loud did you? Patty--you and the boys ring in the new year having fun? Darcy--glad to see you back posting--we missed you! Congrats on the YMCA! Cassie--I still need to go back to the December thread and see if I can get your link to your site---remind me!!! It quit snowing, and was pretty clear the last 2 days--most of the state is still digging out. My friend Becky went with her family to bury her Dad in TX (Lubbock) and has been unable to get home. She come half way today, and they closed the interstate, they have 20 miles of backed up traffic, cars, trucks, 18 wheelers, off the roads, crashed, you name it! So she is holed up in a motel---going to try tomorrow, because we have another storm due to hit in the next couple of days! They are rationing gas in the area she is, because they have had the roads closed for so long, even the stations are out of fuel! Poor thing! Well guys--if I missed you, it was not intentional--blame my throbbing face! Wonderful way to bring in the new year! Back to it tomorrow---exercise, and watching what I eat. I have gained 4 pounds---I just refuse to change my ticker! I have a mini goal of 203---which will make me overweight and no longer obese!!! Wish me luck! Hope 2007 is a wonderful year for all of us!!! Kat

Happy New Year everyone!!! Count me in for the months challenge. I am not off to a great start---I have a toothache/jaw ache. I cannot pinpoint exactly where it is the pain is generating from, just somewhere on my lower right jaw. I am wondering if it is connected to the sinus issues I have been having. Or maybe the crown above it has my bite off a bit. Hoping it is nothing bad, I hate dental work! So...I did squat today!!! I did ok with my eating, just laid around taking it easy, spent time with the family. Well I had 5 pounds to lose to make it out of the obese category---but that was prior to my 4 pounds I gained over the holidays ( I have not changed my ticker....gonna leave it til I can rightfully lower it again!!!)...so that is my next goal. That will put me at 203, with a BMI of 29.97 (it helps with those numbers when you are 5'9"!!). So of course following that will be a goal of Onederland....and from there, I am not sure what mini goals I will reach for...we will have to see. For now, I need to get back to work, and lose the 9 pounds to leave OBESE behind. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. The thought of jarring today just made my insides cringe! Julie, I know if you want it you can achieve it---maybe with any luck some of your determination will rub off on me!! I did receive several compliments at the company party. It really was nice to go in, and feel "normal". Not feel like everyone was watching me. Well that is wrong, I know DH's boss was watching me eat like a hawk!!! He is VERY big and is heading for hip replacement in 10 days, but he is thinking of banding I know he is, he questions DH all the time about how I am doing and what I eat etc. But as for others, I felt like I blended in. We did not by the way win the Harley they gave away. A single guy he works with, made a huge issue of winning it!!! Each employee was given a ticket, and then allowed to buy as many others as they wanted for $10.00 a piece. This young guy bought $1000.00 worth of tickets, and was going around saying he was going to win...and did. Then he turned right around and donated it to a childrens home here in our area called Childhaven, for them to use as a fundraiser. I was so surprised, and impressed by him! I know what you mean by wondering about your goal weights. I have a DD who is my height, and she is in the neighborhood of the 165 I had chose as my goal...but I cannot see myself that thin. We are built so similarly, it is just not something I see myself ever being again! I believe I will leave my number on my ticker there, but play it by how I feel and look. No one but me and the Dr. will ever really see that number anyway! If I could drop into a size 10/12 I'd be happy. DD is a size 9, she is young still wears Jr. clothes....she is pretty small. She is a nurse, and buys a size small scrubs---I cannot even fathom going from buying size 3X things to small!!! Give me a medium--even a regular large, and I am gonna be dancing happy!! Will be fun to see what this new year brings. 2006 was a year of highs and lows for us---will welcome a smooth year! Anyone make any other resolutions besides losing the weight??? Kat

Hi Everyone I've been lurking for some time now
Kat817 replied to InTheBreeze13's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Welcome Sean---congrats on the determination it took to getting the approval for your surgery, you have already shown you have what it takes to do this! I fully believe it is something you will never regret! This is a great site, hang out, ask questions...look at the before and afters for wonderful inspiration. I look forward to following your progress. Hang out, tell us a little bit about you...make yourself at home, you have found friends, and kindred spirits here!!! Welcome! Kat -
Have you spoke with your insurance company yourself to find out exactly what they require? It could be that your Dr.'s offices records alone are enough to meet the requirements. If you know for a fact that they require more than can be submitted by the Dr.'s office, contact them and ask where the additional documentation can be sent. If there is any question it will speed things up to be proactive and do it yourself than being reactive and allowing the office staff to do it after a denial. If you send it yourself, don't forget to copy, document who you speak with, who and where you mail it to, and mail it with delivery confirmation, after faxing it to them---double up! Good Luck---sounds like the ball is rolling...just as the big ball is ready to drop--here's to a great year for you!!! Cheers! Kat

Mourning the loss of our comfort is hard business, and sometimes angry business too!!! I agree with jill---go, and act like it is fun, and it will likely turn out that way. It also fills you with a feeling of power when there is something there, that you want and you work past that feeling. At this point we need all the empowerment we can find! Keep that positive thought of the dancing being exercise, and remind yourself, that with nothing going in, that your scale will really be moving---and next year, you will be one hot mama on the dance floor! And within a couple of months, you will be going out to eat with the family, and they will never notice a difference, as you will be able to eat---just much less, and they will never notice, until you put 3/4 or more of your meal in a to go box! Life gets back to normal quickly, and it is so much better to feel in control! Yesterday I was reading a post about a woman who went to kiss her DH goodbye in front of friends, and he turned away ashamed of her, she was finding the same with her kids, and co workers. So while you may not be psyched over going, be glad your DH is still proud to be with you, and wants you on the dance floor with him....he is so much more of a man than what that other poor woman was married to. Go and try to enjoy yourself, it will occupy your mind with something besides food---it will get easier, hang in there--come back for support when you need it!!! Kat

I've been having computer problems too....went offline, and could not get it back up...was going to deal with tech suport this morning, and it was back---who nows. I don't! We have about 8 inches of snow...and more expected today. Tonight is DH's company holiday party (company does not allow a CHRISTMAS party, they are world wide, and that is a no no...). Myblack pants I wanted to wear would have still been tight, but wearable. However they moved it from the ballroom they usually used to a local casino...so jeans are the norm. In this weather, I guess it is all ok, I will wear my new shirt and maybe my boots. My ice maker in the fridge went out, it poured water all over inside the freezer. What a mess! I pulled out the owners manual, Rick called the maytag place (who incidentally was much busier than they are portrayed!!!). Gave him the exact part number, the exact model number, and tore it apart last night---it is the wrong part. he was a little irate!!! So now my fridge is sitting in the middle of the kitchen, and I have no water in there. Going to get my hair trimmed---scared to hear Lori (my stylist) freak out over how little hair I have left. She is a sweetie, and will probably hide her horror well!!! Hope all of you are feeling better---poor Chris sick and having to pack and move, or deal with the scary guy. I too will be glad for you to be out of there. Have to tell you guys---my niece is mad at me now!!! The whole picture thing to her was a big joke, but she called wanting me to drive her and her DD to Albuquerque. She drives a brand spanking new Charger, and the roads are snow packed, and travel is discouraged, in most places, totally closed in others. Some areas have over 3 feet of snow! Anyway she wanted me to take the 4WD and drive them down. I refused, both due to the weather, and prior commitments. I have DH's party tonight, and my folks have an annual posole party tomorrow night, and I am the official dishwasher/punch bowl filler, coat retreiver, etc. So she calls back and asks to borrow the SUV. I told her to call Rick, he said nope he was driving it in this weather, that she needs to stay home!! Now she is mad at us. She is a teacher (scary huh?) and she bought her DD a gift that is a night in the museum of natural history. My DD's did that in 3rd grade, for free!!! Now they pay $100.00, and they have cooking things going on, all kinds of stuff. I would bet the new movie, made selling that easy!!! Anyway, if it had been another time in decent weather I would have taken them....it is such fun for the kids. But...we are the mean ones now!!! See how sad I am over it? I am off to change out some laundry....check in with y'all laterz!!! Kat

OH NO Lisa---I know how bad that hurts. Mine were courtesy of my a$$hole ex-husband, but it hurts all the same. You poor thing! Is Target going to take care of it? I had started a post yesterday, had to leave the computer, come back and finished it, and it would not post. I had lost my connection---could not get on line all night. Woke up intending to call---and it was better. Not going to try to re-create the post. I got in my workout shoveling snow, for myself and a neighbor. Today I am going to Curves, and then getting ready for DH's company holiday party. Which most of my post was a rant over!!!! We have about 8 inches of snow, and more expected today...guess I will wear boots tonight! Will check back later...found this and wanted to share it with y'all! 'Twas the month after Christmas, and all through the house, Not a garment would fit me, not even a blouse. The cookies I'd nibble, the eggnog I'd taste, At those holiday parties went straight to my waist. When I got on the scales there arose such a number! I walked to the shop (less a walk than a lumber), And thought of the marvelous meals I'd prepared; The gravies and sauces and beef nicely rared, The wine and the rum balls, the bread and the cheese, And the way that I'd never said, "No thank you, please." When I put on my extra-large husband's old shirt, And prepared once again to do battle with dirt, I said to myself, as only I can, "You can't spend the winter disguised as a man!" So away with the last of the sour cream dip! Go, fruitcake! Go, cookies! Go, cracker and chips! Each last bit of food that I like must be banished 'Till all the additional kilos have vanished. I won't have that ice cream, not even a lick, I'll chew only on a long celery stick. I won't have choc biscuits, or white bread, or pie I'll munch on a carrot and quietly cry. I'm hungry, I'm lonesome, and life is a bore But isn't that what January is for? Unable to giggle, no longer a riot, Happy New Year to all and to all a good diet! Kat

I had heard about the apples and the issue with the skin, so I always use caution and peel them, and am super careful with grapes, always chewing and watching for the skins to be shewed thoroughly. I had never even thought about the orange membranes, and eat oranges all the time!!!I eat full size naval oranges, and canned mandarin oranges both....thank goodness I have never had a problem, I will be more cautious now!!! Bananas, while there is not a reason, are a hard food for me...VERY small bites, and only a couple of bites, or I hurt! go figure!!! Good Luck! Kat

New here... young male and my story.
Kat817 replied to Exude's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Being even an older bandster than ReneBean (!)...I whole heartedly support your decision to do this as a preventative measure to the health problems facing you in the future. Being proactive beats being reactive! Personally I did not have any serious weight issues until my 30's...but how I wish I could have done this then, and had back the years I spent inactive and privately ashamed of how I had let myself go...but I am doing it now, and loving it! I am back to actually wanting to DO things. Exercise is something I enjoy, as opposed to avoid. It sounds like you are doing all the proper research, and have a good handle on the work you will be required to do with the band! If you have any questions we will be happy to help. You have come across a site, full of helpful people, with lots of band knowledge---welcome! Kat -
I don't drink with any regularity, but I do have a drink or 2 occasionally. We often have Margarita's at our favorite Mexican food restaurant. I have had an amaretto sour... I have avoided all carbonation...and I have avoided large amounts of hard liquor, as I figured it may be hard on the stomach---but I am somewhat of a lightweight when it comes to drinking anyway (imagine me a lightweight at ANYTHING!!!). I get migraines with wine---but hear others say they drink it just fine. Good Luck, have fun....Happy New Year!!! Kat

I think I too would retire the shoes!!! Hope your injuries heal quickly--you are lucky you did not break anything! Well...my first instict is that it is time for some tough love for your kids. I would sit down, write a simple note to each, detailing the fact that they are no longer small children, they understand how being left out hurts, and yet they seem willing to do it to you...how you could have been hurt, and rather than help they laughed. I would seal it, and put it away. And then I would work on finding things for YOU to do. Right now of course their Dad is Mr. Johnny on the Spot, he is there to do all things, because he is spiting you---so let him do it all! If they don't do their own laundry---let him do it! Let him supply food, and lunch items. Loving your children also means teaching them that every action has a reaction, and teaching them limits, and empathy, not just taking care of them, it is also teaching them to take care of you. And whether it is encouraged by the ex, or is just the big ME teenage years---it is time for them to learn it. This is hard to do I understand. We went through some issues with our grown son, where we had to be very hard on him, but the things he was doing were not acceptable. And just as hard---was listening to my MIL tell me we had to do it! It is one of those cases where you can detail your own childs (or Mom, or sister...) shortcomings, but you HATE others doing it!!! Please understand I am not saying your kids are bad...mostly they are teenagers. But they may also be teenagers learning to manipulate an already tense situation. Your ex has proven he is not willing to be part of a parental unit---so screw him!!! YOU found the evidence--he didn't! Where was he? As we all know, he is just saying the words right now....that proves it. From now on, handle what you need to, send him an email, letting him know how you handled it. That covers you for keeping him informed. As for New Years---go---or go somewhere else! Let them fend for themselves. He wanted the holidays--let him have them. If they need a ride, he can provide it. If you go elsewhere---simply leave a cell number for emergency contact, no one needs to be privy to where you are or what you are doing. It is not his business. DO NOT allow him to talk down to you like he did in the kitchen. Look him in the eye and tell him to F*#K OFF! And walk out---show him you have a backbone and it WILL support you! What an ASS! I too have a couple of questions for you....that I hesitate to ask here, he would just read them, and that would ruin it! TTYL Kat

I would at least call and see what it would entail changing your tickets. I was told with ours there would be a $50.00 per ticket cost to change it, but when I told her ok, thanks but no thanks, she waived the cost, and changed them for us. It can't hurt to look into it---and then you could assure yourself of seeing the falls while you are in the area. Are you going back to the same surgeon for fills? If so, you might be able to work it into your next visit to the area. I personally would have been fine, I am one of the ones who went shopping the next day, and then flew home 5 hours in the air, and another 5 by car on the 3rd day---and only needed a dose of Tylenol for a headache---I found the surgery to be simple, and as close to pain free as surgery can be. I would prefer doing it again to going to the dentist!!!! BUT----everyones body reacts differently to the invasion of surgery, the effects of anesthesia, and the residual gasses....so I would do what I could to plan uneventful, restful days following surgery, then if you feel up to doing something--great!! If not, no one is disappointed. Good Luck on your surgery--hope it and your recovery are a breeze!!! Kat
-
It is snowing so hard here---I can barely make out the neighbors house across the street---we are talking white out conditions. I have 2 inches on the ground and an hour ago it was bright and I was outside in shirt sleeves!!! This is awesome!!! Kat
-
How far out from band surgery are you? Give us some info!!! LOL Kat
-
It just depends on your individula policy, some insurances cover it, but employers have made it unavailable, and some insurances don't cover it at all....it is different with all it seems. As for cost, I have seen it range from the $7500.00 range (Mexico) to well over $25, 000.00 (some US Dr.'s). It is not something to shop bargain basement for, but neither is it necessary to pay 3 times as much to someone who may have less experience. It too is very individualized. what you can afford, and where you are comfortable going....there are good and bad Dr.s EVERYWHERE!!! It is something you need to research very well, and make an informed decision. Good luck in yoru research!!! Kat

I haven't bought any exercise equipment since being banded. I have my treadmill from before, and I gave away a good exercise bike, because I never used it...but that was long before banding. I find it much easier to exercise now...so I may actually use it!! Meanwhile I go to Curves, and enjoy that a lot. It is sometimes a pain to get out and actually go somewhere to do it, but at the same time, I enjoy the interaction with others, and the music, and the overall attitude adjustment I get from going. This summer I intend to buy a new bike...but one for the road...not stationary. And also to buy the trampoline DH told me to get. But prefer to wait until the weather is such to enjoy it! I think I would be me.....and intend to use it, but slack off after a few weeks....shame on me! My April Bandsters Group, has been challenging at 17, 35 minute workouts a month...as well as getting our water intake up. I am barely making this months exercise challenge--the water is easy for me--now they are upping it to 40 minute workouts I think. So far my Curves will still cover it-especially the days I can walk back and forth--but with bad weather it is limiting me...or at least I am finding that as a good excuse!!! I look forward to having other options again. Christmas is over, so I am done with winter!!! Cindy, sorry you too have joined the "sickos"...I feel like I am breathing easier this afternoon, but my voice is all but gone...I have a migrating cold I think! Thanks for all the nice comments on the picture and my niece. I didn't give it to her as a gift, I simply took them because we were all together. Many years ago--close to 20 I'd say, my BIL & SIL started photo albums for my kids, as well as the other nieces and nephews, this niece included. The agreement was to update family photos each year. Through school pics and such we did pretty good, and we always try to take group pics, when we are together, they are from Denver, so it is not far between gatherings. When we do pictures, we share for everyones albums. All of my kids still have theirs--and we can go back and follow cousins from grade school to wedding... I guess she took offense at my giving it to her at the gift exchange. Don't really know what crawled up her butt...but not going to lose sleep over her actions. But it helps to hear that y'all didn't think I was out of line giving it to them there. Thanks!!! You cannot imagine the mess I made in my kitchen a few minutes ago! I have Carne Adovada (beef pieces in mexican red sauce) in the crock pot, and as I was putting the lid back on after stirring it slipped....one corner splashing into the HOT red sauce---splattering it everywhere...even the ceiling! Got my t shirt, but didn't get on me or burn me, and the granddaughter was not in the kitchen---so as irritated as I was, I was glad it was not worse. Now it is cleaned up---and hopefully will stay that way...what a greasy mess!!!! TTYL Kat
-
Good for you Teresa!!! And welcome both to Bandland and to LBT!! We look forward to watching your progress and sharing in the tips you find! My kids too are grown--more so than yours, I have grandbabies to spoil now! But I look at it this way--I am making myself healthy so I can be around to enjoy the grankids, and I am sending a positive self image message to my daughters (and son too I suppose!)--that I am worth taking care of too. I know I would want them to always take care of themselves--so I should too! Keep in touch, let us know where you are from...all that good stuff. This is an awesome support site, and you will find really good people here! Welcome!!! Kat
-
Yes I gained a little over the holidays as well---but unlike Turner, I didn't just pinch a bite here and there--I just relaxed, and let 'er rip!!! I have good restriction, so I did not eat huge amounts of anything, but I ate what I wanted! Too much fudge, and eggnog for me!!! But it is all slowly going away...one more holiday this week, and then life resumes it's normal flow. I have loved my band...it has allowed me to enjoy the holidays, not feel deprived, not feel defeated, and I know what I gained will be lost again, and the family time together, and the cooking with my daughters, and daughters in law, as well as my Mom and MIL...the grandkids, feeding me olives off of their little fingers...it was all worth it. and I have my band to help me back on track in the coming weeks and months, to finish getting the weight off, then it will be there to help me maintain. In my opinion, if you had good fellowship, and did not eat in extremes to hurt your band---then nothing was lost....that is one of the big advantages of the band....it will be ready to behave when we are!!! Bring on the resolutions!!! Kat
-
While I haven't really noticed a difference in the way my band reacts to lack of hydration, but I have noticed that if I do not drink enough, it does not matter how much or how little I eat---my weight will not drop!! If I hydrate well, I lose much better. Keeps me drinking!!! Good Luck All!!! Kat
-
I too gained a couple of pounds--and I did eat anything I wanted....but amazingly I still felt a control I never felt before! I had a plate of food, and it was not brimming over...and I was still working on that plate (never did finish it) when most everyone else was moaning about how much pie they just ate!!! My weaknesses were the eggnog, and the fudge...both slide right through the band---and taste soooo good. At no time did I ever feel deprived tho--and that was one of the BIG reasons I chose banding over bypass. I do want to occasionally be able to have the eggnog and fudge...and pie, and pralines, you get the idea of my last couple of weeks!!! With the help of both my band and my bandster friends, the extra 2 pounds (maybe more...didn't weigh again!!!) will be lost again, and life goes on....with me in control! I LOVE it!!! Kat
-
I agree fully with Lianna---I used Zero Carb Isopure, and Unjury. I got the ZC Isopure at GNC,and ordered the Unjury at www.unjury.com . They have small sample packs you can buy before buying the large containers. I really liked the chocolate, but mostly used the unflavored with other flavor agents, like SF, FF pudding mixed in, or DaVinci SF syrups. Plus with the unflavored you can add it to anything as you progress with your foods, if you feel you need a protein increase. Good Luck to you---I hope the surgery and recovery are smooth sailing!!! Come back an let us know how it went! Welcome to LBT! Kat

Hi Sean- Congrats on getting a surgery date!! And welcome to LBT. I did not have a full liquid diet to follow. I was put on a high protein, low fat diet for the week prior to surgery. I did basically an Atkins induction phase diet. I did lose like 8 pounds in that week...and had no problems with my liver size. If you choose to diet by way of liquids, I think they could likely help you in GNC, or any health food /supplements type of place. I would look for some sort of shake or mix with high protein--it aids in healing, and also in hunger control--which will be an issue as you get into the liquid diet. Also watch the calorie count, and fat content. Finding one low in both is likely going to be an issue. It seems that they add to one in order to claim the other, and still make it palatable. Like they up the sugary sweetness so it still tastes good and they can claim it is low fat!! Or they do the opposite, and add the fat to improve taste so they can claim sugar free....just watch the labels! Now, following surgery, the liquid diet will not be an option--it will be required, and necessary for healing properly. So while shopping around I would keep that in mind, and stock up a few things for that time as well. I bought Zero Carb Isopure at my GNC here, it is clear liquid (like Koolaid), sold in bottles like the Sobe drinks etc. It has 40 g. of protein per bottle. You will have a goal of 60-80 g. per day (maybe more, that was my recommendation from my Dr. but they ALL differ!). You might ask them for other suggestions, as new things come out every day! I believe the biggest factor in shrinking the liver to be cutting the fat in your diet. I may be wrong (wouldn't be the first time!), but it is how I understood it. I would imagine if your Dr. thought a pre-op diet necessary for you he would have prescribed it, but I also believe you wanting to do all you can to help it along is the BEST attitude you can have! Avoiding the last supper(s) big binge is hard, but sounds like you are ready to do it!!! If you don't get any answers to your question from others who actually had the optifast or other liquids, try bumping the question up later in the day, so others see it. To do that, just add a post to it. You will be able to find it under Quick Links, and subscribed threads. With this busy time of year, people are in and out at different times, so you will reach a new group of "been theres". You may also find some actual recommendations of liquids, in the Food section. And lastly, enter liquid diet or something of that sort in the search section...you should pull up all kinds fo things to research with, and possible people to get in contact with. Good Luck to you---hang out with us, ask all the questions you have! Let us know a little about you! Welcome! Kat

This will happen for me in just a few pounds!!! I am SO happy for you! Aren't we the nutso ones, thrilled to be overweight!!! But I will be announcing it just like you!!! Keep up the great work! You deserve to be proud! Kat
