Hi all lapbanders. My name is Pam and i have been banded since Nov. 7, 2007..Going into my first year...I started this journey at 256 lbs, the highest I ever have been...Eleven months later, I weigh 192.0 lbs....what an awesome feeling !!!!!!!!! I am a twin and attended the Dallas seminar...the speakers were wonderful, the food was scarce....looking forward to a conference in New York....Go Alex !!!!!!!!!!!! hope to hear from new friends and a wonderful friend Chrissy, who I met at Dallas...never laughed so hard in my life.... GO BANDERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
