I was self pay so all I had to do was the preop testing and evals - I decided in Oct after my hubby and I attended a seminar, canceled once out of fear, then said screw it I'm doing it and here I am 21lbs lighter ALREADY. I've always been the pretty fat girl - NO MORE. You will love this...keep me posted on your progress and date.
