Im sorry to hear that this is happening to you and your kids, you should get involved in your local church and let your kids start developing a support there, divorce is rough on kids no matter how neat and clean parents can make it, trust me I know from lots of experience, I think that you are right for standing up against the cheating, like I said before no one deserves that, just keep the communication open with your kids... remember God loves you and your kids and he is there for us no matter what, good luck to you and your upcoming PS, Im sure you will do great ! keep me posted...

    are you getting any exercise ? they go hand in hand with have WLS, you have to get your body moving to burn off fat and then with your limited intake of food, your body starts burning off the stored fat and you start losing, also a pitfal most people fall into is the scale, as you lose fat but build muscle ( from exercising ) you trade fat weight for muscle weight which is a good thing, you should be doing something cardio at the very least every other day for 30minutes at a time... the band is just a tool to HELP US lose weight and get healthy the other 90% is up to you... but you can do it !

  16. ah yeah, they are rough until you get used to them, I have only tried fruit punch, I hear orange is ok too, I do a oj chaser when I take them, plus I knock it back like a shot of ( insert fav bev here ) ... but no matter what they are a little rough :) but quick...

  22. thanks! are you getting enough protien ? I take protien bullets, some good advice I picked up on band2gether.net, it made a big difference for me and I started dropping more weight ? maybe you shold try it ?
