Hey just checking in on ya! I had my 6 month appt last Monday b6 levels were a lil high they said I am down 30 lbs I'll take it but got a personal trainer and working out more so hoping to hit 40 next appt in Sept! How are you doing?!

Hey! Looking good. Don't know if you remember, but we were banded the same day! I so far have managed to lose just over 30 pounds.

I just hit a 50 lb loss a few days ago and NO ONE has said a word about it! My mom notices and congratulates me, but not one of my friends has said a word!! 50 effing pounds and NOTHING?? I feel so selfish and vain for needing the support and encouragement, but really! (my mom says it's because your friends see you so often, they don't see the gradual change) You're doing great!!! don't let this small stuff get you down; enjoy those NSVs!!!:tongue_smilie:

It is really crazy, because it DID just disappear sometime in the past few days!! I can definitely still feel the port, but it is not sticking out and saying hello anymore! :w00t: Thanks for all of the replies and well wishes... Kristil

Do you eat them, just put them to the side, dip into them if necessary for a snack?? I am a little confused about what to do with the calories you burn?? (I journal my food and am at -60 calories for the day)
