I'm so glad to hear that you got your fill. At last!!! Yesterday I had my 2nd. I'm at 5 cc and at last i feel restriction. I don't even know if I will be able to go tighter. This feels perfect. I tried to call you this morning no answer , of course i didn't leave a message. I'm down 30 pounds as of yesterday.

I just love Dr. Nazarian. While he was filling me up and it was way too much he could see the panic in my face. He put his other hand on me and said breathe i'm taking some out. I do not like the feeling of not being able to swallow. He told me I am right on track. I have not started exercising and I need to. I confessed i had eaten a 1/2 doughnut the day before. He said EAT, but just to satisfy. He said we shouldn't be leaving anything out. Yhis just goes against all I have done. Oh well.
