Congrads on your acheivement !! thats Great, I know your furstartion, im a little ove a year an a half the first I lost about 65 and Im 8 months into my 2 year and things have slowed down, Ive lost 30 pounds in the 8 month( which is all my fault) but im still very happy, and so what it takes me 3 year I feel better and love how I am shaping up.. Time is my blessing not my ruler..

I love my spanx,, I have a few pairs, they work great under dresses and for my looseness,,,lol. ( Ive lost 87 pounds) and although I can wear a 16 i get hang over,, or " Muffin Top" The Spanx fix it and there not unconfortable, even the higher power ones have a great accessable croch so you dont have to take them off and on every time!

Yea, I know, we used to go to Vegas and have a riot, but there were issues and drama.. now im just thinking how awesome it would be to have you all back here in my town, for a drama free Vegas get together? Im a virgo and I love to plan, Im a great hostess and I love Vegas. So heres what I would like to know.. Would you come What time of year you think it would be best? How long? What Kind of activites are we thinking? ( I would love to do a hike at red rock or a game night) Kid freindly or not? any other suggeations.. Let me know, and if we can get some intrest I will make it happen. Paula

Hey some one please help me here, Im up awake and cant sleep.. not because im not tired, to the oppisite, im so tired i can barely stay awake.. but i cant lie down, for 2 weeks, if i try to go to bed or even lie down 3-4 hours after dinner I wake up chokeing , then i get the I got somethng stuck in my throat feeling, and its scarry, i keep getting the " roll up : of food and liquid if i try to lie down..Im about 1.5 years out and this was a suprise.. HELP? any one else

Thank you so much for checking on me, yes I am feeling better,, although i was getting very distrought and worried, with all the late night being afraid to lie down and sleep.. I stoped eating/ drinking 3 hours before bed (which is a huge challenge because I often work late) and Im taking 150 of zantac in the evenings and 75 in the mornings,, I have had no problems for a week,, im still scared though,, i get that ,, waiting for it to happen feeling some times.. any how, thanks again for checking in on me that makes me feel so special!! thanks for being awesome

Well here It come, yes I admit it, im well you know, yes it true, ( in my best southern bell accent) I am originaly from the wonderfully fine state of TN.. and although Vegas is my home and has been for 14 years, some times I get the hankering for some green grass, big magnolia trees and biskets and gravey ( which I cant eat thank goddness) In fact Im going back that way for a visit in just a few days.. and well I was wondering wo was out that way ? Yes, my weight loss has stalled at 212 for 3 weeks, and I was just comming of a plateau of 221 fir 3 months!! I got a fill to jump start things back in order and some days Im super tight and sometimes I could eat a steak..lol Ive been following advice and not eating or drinking 3-4 hours before bed and taking zantac 150 at dinner and things have improved.. but not gone away. Its scarry and I dont want to start over so i resisit a unfill.. I dont have any other symptoms of a slip.. so I pray thats not it either,, im just doing fluids and soft foods till it gets better.. any other advice?

you know whats great about the body pump class, the movemnets are super easy,, and you chose the weight you want to use.. stop in and just watch from out side one day.
