there is a pizza soup camblles makes it in the soup to go, I had dreams of pizza my first week too. but I learned to make so many great soups, and I had all my friends make me soups ( some were better the others) It is tough no bones about it, but creativity is the key. Im a March bander too, 3/18, I lost 20 lbs in the first 10 days, things seem to be moving much slower now, only one pound this week, but I know that a fill will be my answer I want to loose 2-3 pounds a week, how do any of you feel about this goal, realistic or not? -

I was a self pay and went thru citi bank, They have a special plan for cosm. surg. Its like a car just harder to reposess..=) 1888337-4171 option 2 my op was 16k and my payments are 412 a month. -

Happy, I had my band almost 3 weeks ago, I lost 20 pounds the first 10 days and only one since then, I talked to my dr and He said it was normal your body adjusting to your band and a lower # of calories. hang in there Our first fill is comming up in a few weeks.

I was in an office meeting the other day and it occured to me suddenly, I had to ask myself why does my mouth taste like an armpit? then It dawned on me, I am still in the liquid phase , so I excused my self and went to walgreens to get those travel bottles of mouthwash, I carry them every ware now, along with the brush ups, ( little finger pads with powder paste on them) in my car , purse and office.
