    Insurance coverage

    Hello everyone,
     
    I was banded on Aug. 26th and have lost 25 pounds. I will have my first fill on Oct. 24....
    my question is that I did not ask if the fill is covered by my insurance, does anyone know if the fill is a standard coverage?
