I was banded april 2008. I lost total 70lbs ,but now i seem like its coming back slowly.i've probably put on about 20 lbs. I've had about 5 fills.i am 6.5cc out of 10cc .now i go back aug.4 for another fill.has any one been filled, that much?i feel restricted on certain days i can"t eat nothing and there is days i feel starved. Any advice ,i feel like i am failing the band,

I was banded by dr. valin april 08. the pre op diet is tuff. Dr, valin is great. -

HI EVERYONE ,THIS IS MY FIRST POST. I HAD MY BAND DONE ON APRIL 18,2008 BY DR. VALIN. I HAVE 2 FILLS AND MY 3RD IN DEC. I DON'T FEEL MUCH RESTRICTION. I'VE ONLY LOST ABOUT ABOUT 35LBS SINCE THE SURGERY BUT LOST ABOUT 70 LBS TOTAL FROM BEFORE THE SURGERY.I'VE JOINED A GYM ABOUT A MONTH AGO I FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING INCHES.:thumbup: -

hi,i was banded april18,2008 by dr. Valin.and i had 2 fills so far and i am having my 3rd in dec. I don't have much restriction now. Who is your dr.? Good luck with your fill. -
I had the exact thing happen to me. The dr. And the dietician said the same thing to do what you are doing. And i am also a hair dresser this is common. I don't know how long your hair is? But i had to cut about six inches off of mine it was so bad. Since i cut it it's coming in thicker. They said it takes about a year to get back to normal. Good luck lori

VALIN IN CT.I HAD TWO FILLS SO FAR.I LOST ABOUT 40 POUNDS I AM FRUSTRATED I FEEL HUNGRY ALL THE TIME.I DONT FEEL RESTICTED.I HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT IN A MONTH. I JUST JOINED A GYM THIS WEEKEND I WILL START GOING MONDAY.HAS ANY ONE HAD THIS PROBLEM??
