Shwee here again, sorry forgot to put my stats.
I think I am currenty 140kg (maybe heavier), feeling absolutely sore, aching body, especially back and legs (knees, feet and archilles). Am feeling the worst I have ever felt.
Its definitely time for me to do something about it, I have so many more symptoms its unreal.
Cant wait to get started in the right direction, just need some guidance as to which way that is?
Would really appreciate the advice.
