Sorry it took so long to respond. This site doesn't notify me when I get a message. I'm not on here that much. Well, I am losing about 1 lb. a week, so not to bad. I had to go for an unfil. At 7.5 mll in my band I was starting to throw up. To be honest, I do have a little regret. I don't read that on here a lot but I guess I am one of the few. Three days ago I started up again with severe left should pain. I have been stuck in my lazy boy for three days!!!! UGGGGGG!!!!
