I am. Thank you. It was a rough couple of days after banding, but by the 4th or 5th day, I was feeling pretty good. I'm 2 weeks out now and barely notice that I've had anything done. I'm down 15 lbs, but now that I'm eating just about anything I'm at a bit of a stand still. My portions are small (around 800 cals a day), so once I incorporate excersize I should start melting away again. Yay! How are you?
