Hope your feeling better. I too, have crabby days--when I thought about it I was tired, sore, and hungry. So I am really keeping track and journaling my food--a pain but worth it. I purchased Whey protien powder at Whole Foods but they sell it at GNC, Target, etc. Mix it with skim milk, a little ice, and blend it in a blender. I also go some high protien mixes at Unjury.com. The chicken soup one can be added to broth or cram of chicken and really pumps up the protien. Hope this helps. I am still uncomfortable but do see an improvement in the past 2 days-- guess it all takes time. take care

Hello all, I just was banded one week ago today! It is so nice to read all the comments and advise that is given on this website. I can not believe all the negative comments and unsupportive words that my friends have said about me being banded. It is nice to be among friends that understand.
