ATTN: Stomach sleepers!! I sleep on my stomach… I have my whole life. How did you sleep at the beginning of your healing process and how soon were you able to return to sleeping on your stomach?

Hello everyone. This is my very first post. I am so happy to have found this site. I am hoping to learn from those that have already had their surgery for personal insights. I am scheduled for my VSG on Monday April 14th and I am both scared and excited! I know everyone's journey is different, but I was hoping for some personal experiences of ladies that are post-menopause, and to hear your 'story'. -
