About Me
Love lifting weights but can't get to where I want physically, because I can never take in enough protein and calories. There's always an abundance of info for losing weight and cutting calories and things like that, but there's a small amount of info about gaining weight and taking in more calories! Especially for someone like me where it's almost impossible for me to get in 3 meals a day or multiple small meals throughout the day. So getting in enough protein and calories without eating a crazy amount of food all day is almost impossible! So any info, advice, anything at all would be greatly greatly appreciated!
