Good for you! When did you get banded? I, too, am glad I did this (best thing I ever did for myself).. just wish i could have done it sooner! then i would already be at goal by now! lol! keep up the good work! You are a very pretty lady!

So its been a week... and the gas pains have subsided... however I'm having what my doc calls esophageal spasms... if anyone has any suggestions... or advice it would be much app... and i will try to keep you all posted on what the doc says for all of you that might run in to the same prob...

believe it or not almost everyone will go through the why and what ifs... i had mine on the 26 of sept. this year... I am only 21 and believe you me i went through it all in like 2 days! it will get better! just keep your head up... the first month is always the hardest!
