Hi guys I’m having my surgery tomorrow and wondered if anyone had any tips for pain control and liquid control after. I’m concerned about my lack of water intake.

I’m in the UK and having a gastric bypass so not sure if that’s the reason for the different diet. -

My pre op diet currently is 4 pints of semi skimmed milk a day, a cup of clear stock or broth and a sugar free pot of jelly each day. I’ve started feeling dizzy, did anyone else get dizziness? -

Hi guys I’m new to this forum! I am currently on the milk only diet as my op is in 12 days. Does anyone have any advice or know of any groups in Watford area for support? I’ve been waiting in nhs for this op for 7 years and am now a nervous wreck that it is finally happening.
