May or may not be TMI but I have been experiencing a lot of diarrhea and tonight is my first time since surgery I have had sex and now I’m experiencing light headedness and feel nauseous. Has anyone ever experienced this ? My surgery date was 1/13

1/13 was my sleeve date , I am 5 days post op and have been feeling a weird pulsing sensation in my stomach area especially when I’m sleeping , is this normal ? Has anyone else felt this

It’s so weird I notice it most when I’m laying down and it freaked me out lol love seeing other people have the same feeling -
