Thanks for the words of band wisdom. I will continue to make all efforts to succeed. I am so glad that you have done it and the key is knowing that the band is an equipent and I have to use it as that. The worst is that the band talks to me but whatever the reason i continue to not fully listen. Now I know I have to and will for my own health and then vanity. I hate looking at myself.
