Hi, my name is mayra and I've been going through the same thing. I have had the band since, may 2001. Just for the past year, I've had a lot of trouble with what i think is gastritis. I have really bad acid reflux, these two weeks have been terrible. I can't even sleep at night sometimes. I take nexium and take tums at night. I avoid not eating late either but I still have problems. I've set an appointment to see a doctor, since I got my surgery in mexico I haven't gone back with my doctor, he's somewheres in Mexico city. So as soon as I get an answer from this doctor i'm about to see, I;ll let you know.
