Not losing like I thought I would

Just hang in there I am losing way slower than my sister. But the point is I am losing not gaing or mataing. After one month of being banded I have only lost 11lbs. So just have faith and keep on going. -
Just hang in there you are doing great I was banded on 9-15-08 and only had to be on liquids for one week before trying solids. For me everything I mean everything goes down great no burping, slimming or pukeing the hunger is still there. But I was told that could happen util you start getting fills. I have lost 12lbs to date so I think you are doing awesome.
