Well, I went back to my doctor a week ago and I've lost 8.5 lbs. I have been trying super hard. I have been eating several small 200 calorie (or less) meals a day and I am training myself to STOP eating once I feel that "full" feeling. (Even though I don't feel full in my stomach, it's more like I feel full in my throat) If that makes sense. Anyway, thanks guys for cheering me on.
