    Thanksgiving

Oh I get full on 1/4-1/2 cup of food some things hit me heavier and others hit real light.

    Thanksgiving

I didn’t eat it in all one sitting but through out the day. I’ve been having hunger issues. I still have 5oz of the dinner left. I didn’t say I was portioning the puree out because I got lazy to type it all.

    Thanksgiving

It’s home made with filtered pulp for me and it’s only stevia. It turned out quite nice. I just got moved to puréed food today at my one week post op vist and am doing fine with eating 1/4th cup of chicken salad finely shredded and then really well chewed. Sits heavy though.

    Post op

You’re not alone I’m 6 days post op and every time my parents cook I’m absolutely starving. Things I never even actually like smell absolutely appetizing. To get through them eating in front of me I put on had phones and try and block them out. (They keep eating in the damn living room)

Hello I had my surgery on the 20th my meal plan for thanksgiving is a 7oz puréed thanksgiving meal a single mashed sweet potato(not all of it),1/4th cup of a berry cobbler filling and some chicken salad puréed. Will have the same exact meals the next day and the day after…. My loving dad bought 7 of those boxed puréed dinners. Go me!

Question for post op surgery and matcha

I have a caffeine limit it’s about as much caffeine in hot chocolate, I am allowed hot chocolate which is wonderful with winter coming up. I find green tea off putting in taste but I drink matcha for its benefits.
  7. Hello I’m getting close to having my surgery just waiting on insurance clearance. I’m a daily matcha drinker and I understand that I’ll have to stop caffeine after surgery (coffee and high volume teas) I was wondering if any one could suggest a brand of match powder that is in the lower end of caffeine that I could introduce myself to at a low low serving size a month or so after my surgery. I understand that I may not even be able to tolerate an ounce of the drink but I want to at lest try before I say no never happening again. I also sweeten my teas with stevia so the sugar content is on the low end.
