Growing up I was very skinny (technically bordering underweight). Once I started college, I slowly began to gain weight. I went through a divorce and lost weight and was at a healthy BMI. I remarried and again began slowly gaining weight. I began using weight watchers and lost 45lbs. Then I started gaining weight again and had two children. I was also diagnosed with an unspecified autoimmune disorder and suffered with low energy and fatigue. I attempted dieting and exercising again but no matter what I did, I did not lose weight. I continued to gain weight and it was beginning to impact my health. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and decided I really needed to do something drastic to get my health back in order.
