Hard agree. One cracker will mean nothing unless it's right before surgery. But more than that will.
I hope you can stick to the pre-op diet from here on.
I was meant to have 2 weeks on liquids pre-op but that turned into 6 for various reasons. It is by far the worst 6 weeks I've had to experience in the almost 3 years since I signed up for this surgery.
It's really really hard not to have SOMETHING with texture in your mouth. Please do know that it will not be long until you can again.

One cracker won't make any difference. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean to have 1, then maybe 2, then ok 3 is still ok, so 4 is then fine....no. Think about why you cheated, remember why you're doing the surgery, give yourself some grace in this, and just keep doing what you're suppose to do. One cracker isn't the end of the world, I promise

The only way one cracker would make any difference is if you ate it right before going into surgery. Not saying you shouldn't ask yourself why you decided not to follow the rules because that's good information to process for the future, but you don't need to worry that what you did will make a difference to your outcome. When you're in that final stretch before surgery, usually after 8pm or maybe midnight the day before you go to the hospital, that's where you need to follow directions to the letter because you need to have an empty stomach so they can operate on it.

One cracker isn’t going to make a difference in the pre surgery diet. Best advice though is to ensure you stick to the post surgical staged return to eating diet - no cheating then. That diet is in place to support your recovery & healing - remember all those cut nerves and staples and sutures holding your digestive system together. When tempted remind yourself why you’re doing this.
You've got this. All the best.
