  1. OMG I havent been on in awhile but just read your siggy in another post!! A lil one?!? CONGRATS!!!!! That is so awesome!! I mean the 91lbs is too but creating a life is just fantastic! Good Luck and hope everything goes well!!

     

    Im so struggling like the scale doesnt want to budge and cheating on weekend isnt helping either..I need to bump up work outs..

    OMG I got "stuck"

    It is by far the worse feeling in the world..and only time helped pass it along..I was eating scrambled eggs and my first bite was a bigger bite without throughly chewing :tongue2: so guys please do chew, chew, chew your foods..
  5. Weight Stats for February 7th.. I lost another 3lbs! :cursing: i am now 265!

  7. Im not doing a traditional scrapbook, but I am taking part in Project 365, essentially taking a picture everyday for a year and writing a quick blurb about it. Being I was banded in Dec my milestones are happing in the new year so I have various pictures of my 1st non-mushy meal, a portion size, outfits that are now big..so those are some ideas for your scrapbook.

    I have a 10CC band and he put in 3CC's I go in 4 weeks for an appt and see if i need another fill or not..

    I love my 1st fill..I guess im one of the lucky ones that has restriction so soon, I fill up quickly and I stay full for hours that i have to remind myself to eat to get in enough calories a day I <3 my band :thumbup:

    hello, i had my 1st fill thursday 3cc's, i felt restriction with the band alone now i feel fuller much longer than before. everyone is different from what i was told, you may need another fill to feel more restriction..

    B: Fiber One pancakes (2) silver dollar size... so good! L: 1/2 small Chinese take-out Wonton/Egg drop Soup mix D: Boston Market Meatloaf sandwich, 1/2 a sandwich no bread 1/2 small potatoes and a bite of creamed spinach S: DD Med. vanilla Chai

  20. I know we have a meal plan list going which I’m all for! I’m curious as to what everyone else is eating. I think we should also have an exercise thread. Lets post our routines and maybe get tips or ideas from others. Our bands our tools and exercise will really help us achieve those goals!! I did 25mins on elliptical this morning and 20mins of a walking exercise DVD before dinner. So how did you move today?

    My 1st fill went well. My Dr. wants me back on clear diet for 2 days them mushy for 2 and then start regular foods again.. Yeah broths again :biggrin: lol

  24. No loss for me this week I've been up & down the same.4 lbs Next week is my 1st fill hopefully it will make up the difference..
