After VSG,I had the diagnostic and every day got worse breakouts, nothing helps for almost 7 years(Humira,Otezla, etc).Recently, like 4 months ago,I stop the whey protein and dairy products, limited my carbs and sugar, start consuming pork and lard again(just the opposite of the Dermatologists advices)and suddenly I had no more flare-ups.Your testimonials bring me hopes.Thank you!

Just talking about gas,Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the most common gas used in laparoscopic surgery to inflate the patient's abdomen, or create pneumoperitoneum,in the case that you feel pain at any label in your left shoulder, specifically the rotator cuff,is a consequence of CO2;in that case you can contact an Sports Medicine Specialist Doctor and explain the situation or,don't waste time and resources and check in YouTube for excellent videos of simple excercises to resolve it.You are doing excellent,I wish you good luck again!
