I had surgery in Mexico, got an over fill the second time. Ended up at the emergency room to get an unfill that was awful but that was 7 months ago now I can't find a Dr. in the Sacramento area to give me a fill since I had the original surgery in Mexico. HELP

I thought I was happy going to Mexico until I got an over fill and I hear it is very dangerous in Tijuana now.

Hi I was banded 11/07 I lost 20 lbs in about 5 months I had my surgery done in Mexico. Went back got a fill in April had a fill. lost another10 lbs Went back in Aug.For a fill and got over filled. Needless to say I had alot of heart burn throwing up and all. ended up in the emergency room, 2 times the first time they just gave me medicine to stop the throwing up, they din't have a DOCTOR ON STAFF TO unfill me at the first hospital. Now it is summertime again I've unfortunatly gained back 15 of the 50 lbs I lost. My problem is since I was banded origanaly in Mexico I can't find a Dr. in the Sacramento area who will give me a fill. Hi I was banded in Nov. of last year. ( 197 lbs) I immidiatlyy lost 12 lbs which made me very happy, got a fill in March, lost another 8lbs. Got a second fill in June, Shortly after I got the flue I now have acid refux all of the time constantly throwing up bubbles my heart burn is just about to kill me. My Dr. says I should come back and have an un fill but to fly to San Diego 250.00 get to the hospital and have the un fill150.00. Then Im thinking I'll have to go get another fill for the same 400.00 in a few monthes. Does anyone have an ideas?:thumbup: PS I'm now 54lbs lighter and loving that part.
