Hi...the 5 day pouch diet seems like a kick start plan
1) liquid proteins for 2 days...like shakes ,broth ,soup,sf pudding etc.
2) day 3: soft protein like tuna , eggs, fish (all you can eat comfortably in 15 minutes)
3)Day 4 : turkey ,chicken ,fish. same as above
4)Day 5 : all types of meats, fish same as above.
no drinking while eating...no snacking etc. worth a try..
