I know that you should watch you calories. I got a fill and was hardly able to eat much and because of this I wasn't getting in more than 800 calories a day and if your body does not get more than that it stores fat thinking you are starving. What I have found to work for me is...remember the liquid days? Yeh, go back to liquid protein for 2 or 3 days then the weight starts jumping back off. Hope this helps you!!
