how did you get your banner for the smashing pumpkins and the ticker attached to your postings?

Where do you get that cute banner with your weight and such at the bottom of your post ?

I hope you are feeling better. Did every thing go well ? I was banded on October 2nd and feel wonderful...

I don't know how to do any of this, but thank you for adding me. At this point, I am just reading everything because I am not understanding how to do all this "threading" and the other cute stuff on here. My date is Thursday the second and I am scared to death, but very excited !
