i'm good...still trying to get back in "lose" mode...i have gotten complacent but i still want to lose so i need a good smack in the right direction! lol. I took your advice for about 3 days then fell off the wagon again...i need to go to the mall and try on some clothes...that will sometimes get me going...when i cant buy the size i want to buy. how are you? still looking great!
