I was told six small meals a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack in between. It works for me! I have lost about 120 pounds in about 8 months.

Hey Boobie! I hope you are recovering well from your surgery!!! Things are going well, I work out a lot, I have lots of energy, I walk everywhere, saves money and I burn some fat while I am at it lol. I eat everythinh I want (mostly healthy fodo of course) except for fried food and sugary things like Cookies and ice cream, I do not count calories but I will say I eat about 1300 to 1500 calories a day. Some days 1200. I think I follow the atkins diet without trying lol. I work out about 5 to 6 times a week, 70 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strenght training :frown: I am now 179 pounds, ive lost 112 pounds, I am amazed but the hard work has paid off. I would like to lose 20 more pounds and Ill be excited then off to get a tummy tuck :welldone2: sometime in early 2010. good luck on your journey, you are doing great

Ok I have been travelling as well and now I have returned! lo obviously! ok so I am now at 180!!!! 111 pounds gone forever!

Hey Julie, Ah I am NOW reall starting to see this as a lifetime change and no longer become upset if I eat something that may be considered to be "bad" and that bad is usually a mini kit kat lol. However, overall I am eating so healthy and I love it. The exercise is my favorite part, I feel like so athletic.

Still 185, I have had my period for about two weeks. I also began to use the depo shot as a way to regulate my period and will not be using this again!

I am so late, I know, I have been on vacation. Alright, during my vacation I dropped down a few pounds and now I am at 185.3. Good luck this week!

Hey gals and guys, at first exercise seems so evil and believe me I never understood ow people said, exercise gives you energy. I would leave the gym and say "where the heck is the energy everyone talks about"? A month after beginning my exercise, I arrived home after a 90 minute cardio session and my mom says, "woman shut up". I was talking a mile a minute, this is when I realized wow I have energy NOW. I havent lost my mojo since November 2008. I think I will reach my goal of an 125 pound weight loss by my bandiversary. I am scared nervous and excited because the test will come years later when I hope to continue my new lifestyle.
