@jen0413 that is great. I called my surgeons office, and they will submit paperwork today, so now the waiting game starts. I can only imagine how excited you are

@jen0413 I haven't called my surgeons office yet, but I have called my insurance twice and the first time the person I spoke to said that I did not need a prior authorization for the procedure and I was super confused after that phone call and the second person I spoke to said that they had not received anything, but it could be that they haven't updated my profile yet , I might have to call my surgeons office to see when they submitted paperwork

good morning, all, i had my clearance sent to my insurance yesterday and I also have bcbsm . I wonder how long it will take for them to approve it. hope you are all doing good.
