that's an incredible loss!! congrats...am I doing something wrong? I'm 3 weeks post-op and barely down 18 and under 600 cals a day and barely maintaining it. ( I do walk daily also)...help me -
I had my surg on Oct 1st and I'm right with you on wt loss about 13lbs... I'm more worried about all the post op bloating...I feel like I'm going to pop..how many weeks are you off work for recovery? I go back next wednesday and I hope something fits!! seriously I look 6 mths pg!!

any advice??? I feel ok, sore to get up and down.. starting to feel a little bloated and gassy...taking little walks, anything else help this?

I live in Fresno area, so I'm not too far... but can definatley chat online..So, do you have a December surg date already? I got banded yesterday (Oct 1st) and am up and around just fine. Like you, I have back problems and am sure losing 100 lbs will help alot.. I also have high blood pressure that I'd like to get rid of.. Best wishes to you and keep your chin up during the process, your moving in the right direction girl!! :cool2:

I got banded yesterday...oct 1st...home relaxing and sipping fluids. Feeling a little gassy but much better than expected!!! Good luck to all.. anyone getting banded in Fresno CA? Dr Felix did mine at Clovis community, they were awesome...:cool2:
