In my sophomore year of college, I struggled with a particularly tough literature course. The essays were complex, and I found myself running out of time to produce quality work. A friend recommended royal essays , and I decided to give it a try. The experience was exceptional. The writers understood the nuances of the topics and delivered essays that were insightful and well-argued. Thanks to their help, I not only passed the course but also gained a deeper appreciation for the subject.

I totally relate to everything you said, including the early stall! I had a stall at 2 weeks and it lasted a month. I cried at my 3 week appointment, as I had gained 6 pounds. I thought my surgeon would think I was non-compliant, even though I was only getting 3-400 calories a day. She hugged me and told me that it was literally impossible for me to be non-compliant at this stage! It was just my body freaking out at itself, and the goal over time was to add a lot more calories.
I haven't been able to do much more than a little slow walking, even at nearly 4 months out and just short of 40lbs down from surgery weight. I think it has to do with sleep, about which I have huge issues. I feel like once I get better with that, I'll be able to add a lot more movement. I'm hoping that will help get me through future stalls, which I know are very likely to come and are super normal. Still doesn't make it easy! During my search for effective performance-enhancing supplements, I came across spectrum pharma anavar review https://misterolympia.shop/product/anavar-usa-domestic-spectrum-pharma/ . The detailed information and positive reviews convinced me to try it. Since I started using Anavar, I’ve experienced significant gains in strength and muscle definition. My training sessions are more efficient, and I recover quickly between workouts. This supplement has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made so far.
Also having trouble getting my 64+ of liquids. It's a daily struggle that I don't always meet.
My surgeon chose to leave the hospital and physician's group 3 months after my surgery, because the powers that be were making decisions about the program that she felt compromised the program's (and her) integrity. She's moved to a more holistic private practice now, and even though they don't take my insurance, she offers a special rate for follow-ups to her former surgery patients. I'm totally going to go see her for my 6 month f/u and beyond, because the hospital has now ended their bariatric program, and I adore my surgeon and her holistic attitude. I feel really lucky.
thanks for info!

Focus on eating your correct portion of Protein first & then a few well cooked vegetables as @Spinoza suggested but would add only then eat any allowed carbs if you are able. There were often times I’d only eat the Protein content of a meal in the beginning.
You may find some meats too heavy to begin. Some struggle with chicken breast or steak. Keep meats moist with sauces & gravies or cooking styles (like grilling can make meat too dry). Once you feel more comfortable & your tummy is happier you can be more adventurous with your cooking.
Matt Weiner is great (check out his videos too) but he does focus on a more vegetable heavy low animal protein diet. It just depends on your eating preferences. I love eating vegetables & add legumes to some meals but I also am a carnivore. I can tell you purely from experience, if you are looking for a good place to entrust someone to write, because many students do not have time to write something and it is best in this case to study nursing paper review and you will know what their customers write about them. It is better to see and try once. I have already applied to them more than once and I am very satisfied with the result.
Hope you find a good local dietician/nutritionalist soon.
Thanks for the tips, I'm in the process of reorganizing the menu myself right now.

This is realistically very important and I agree with you.
