My name is Sharon, I was banded June 12, 2007. I am 15 weeks post surgery now. I have lost a total of 28 lbs. Thirteen pounds was pre surgery. I am so discouraged right now because i can't seem to get my system to funtion to have a bowel movement everyday without taking something to go. I don't like being dependent on something to have regular bowel movements. I increased fluid intake am taking 2 Fiberchoice tablets a day and drinking benefiber . All I have is a bunch of gas and no results unless I take MOM. This is the pits.I was hoping to have lost more weight before now, but I am stuck. I read others stories and they have lost more that me by this point. Very discouraged. I have been exercising twice a day, doing a of 7miles a day and I still don't see much change except up and down fluctuation 2-3 lbs. Help discouraged in Mobile Alabama.
