Alsobrook71, Thanks for the very helpful information and the encouragement. I have reviewed your journey on your blog and am inspired. So, thanks for that. I do have another question about the mucus, and I apologize for being so graphic. Is this a drip, a cough or something else?

This is the first I have heard about mucus being a problem. I am preparing for the surgery (which will be self-pay, since my insurance does not cover it) and I would liked to know about this. By the way, your transformation is amazing!
