OK ... MY turn for a kick in the ass... Can youhelp me out??? LOL Not sure why, But my motivation is ZIP this past week. Not really caring what I eat. And eating until I puke, then eating some more... Have you ever done that? Man, i just dont get it. Maybe I'm more frustrated with my month long plateau than I realized?? Tell me how well you're doing! That should get me motivated again :-)

Hey there Sexie! How are you feeling after your surgery? Did everything go well? Mine went good. Felt pretty good for the most part. I just have bas stomach gas right now and its just not getting out!! How are you making out with eating now? I am having to really watch myself. I think I can eat anything but I cant. I think that may be why the gas is so bad now.

Since I will be banded on the 14th, I'm on this twp week diet. So today I eat for breakfast, some eggs, with bacon and sausage. Plus proteins drink. Then for lunch I had some baby back ribs and a salad, plus water, then for dinner I will have a side salad from Doc Green. To be honest I would like a piece of Cake but I know I can’t have any, so I will think that my salad is one. -

Hell Michelle, I must say that Im so nervous to. My srugery is on the 14th and I can't wait. All I can think about is being able to shop in a regular store and walk out with more then just socks, lol
