Reassuring thank you- my main concern is sustaining straining when constipated -
Five days post op in liquid diet and struggling for diversity. I am just having seeq protein water and miralax in plain water. Sick of clear broth and premier protein but would love to have ideas for something else. Any help please

Got mine on 5 June. Waiting for first in person appt to take off bandaid bc terrified to do it myself. So far drinking seeq protein water and some thinned Greek yogurt . Dying to find new ideas, new to this forum and would love to get in touch directly with other June ops
