Sorry in advance if its TMI- but how is your menstrual cycles? Mine was pretty normal. Now i spot randomly before and after my period. I was concerned but i heard its due to the hormonal changes. Any similar experiences?

Hi guys just checking in . Its been a while. I had my surgery june 4. I was 217 & i am now 153. Super happy with my results. Im considering getting a reduction because i have severe backaches. Lastly, keep me in prayer. I recently lost my grandma (dec 9) its been hard.

May go to the hospital. This is the second episode of me having extreme blurry vision. I have never had vision issues ever… so this is scary. The first time was when i didnt eat all day. Days later, today, i just woke up and its blurry again

I literally just posted about this!!!! I freaked out because my eyes got super blurry. I fasted for spiritual reasons and didnt eat all day. I cannot do that again

Hi family! If i dont eat or just not enougg i experience crazy symptoms i think associated sith low blood sugar. Im worried that its Hypoglycemia. I didnt eat today and my eyes are blurry…. Kinda freaked out

Guys, While everything is trimming down nicely, i noticed my arms and belly have the most excess skin. Its not too bad but its annoying. My doctor said focus on weigh lifting and if im not happy in 3months he’ll refer me to a plastic surgeon. Thoughts? Also im only four months post op

It’s crazy how youll set a goal and then when you make it there you want to go even lower. My goal has been 160 but now I’m 159 and I think I wanna go to 150 lol this is such a journey.

For someone like me who cannot eat much anymore, obviously lol I am so hungry on my cycle. It’s crazy.
