I grew up in 80's diet culture with a parent who put me on multiple diets starting at age 10, through my teens (even through my BMI was normal). In my 20's I tried every crash diet known to man and ruined my metabolism. My sedentary profession only made things worse, so now in my 40's, I'm taking control of my health!
